First of all, the whole team wish to apologize for the serious lack of updates on the website.
The crew had to overcome some changes, and because of everyone's timetable, we are behind schedule with the movie.
However, the movie is still on track !
Less than four stages still have to be shot.
Meanwhile, we also realise special effects tests.
At last, here is an update, with pictures and screenshots from a shoot in a church.
The Screenshots section has also been enhanced with more "secret" boxes : watch for surprises when the movie will be released.

11/05/2008 - Making of !

Sorry for the lack of update these last few weeks, but here is a little one that you might really enjoy ! This is a video which is the making of the first scene of the movie, with some pieces of footage from it. Every music in this new video are composed by Eric Rivet, our talented compositor ! Notice that the progress bar has really progressed a lot, now at 40%. The film is on its way. And stay tuned for the next update, which should contain pictures of the places where the film has been shot.

09/14/2008 - Big update !

The big update announced is finally here !!

You will now find wallpapers in the download section. These wallpapers are available in 8 different formats, so that you can easily find what you need !

You can also discover 14 new on set pictures in the pictures section. Theses pictures were taken during the shooting of the first scene of the movie, yesterday at Bécon-les-Granits, near Angers (in France).

You also can see links to our partners at the bottom of every pages of the site. If you want your site to appear, you'll have to give us a 88x31 pixels button and send it to us with your request at james(@)tombraidersumeria.com (remove the parenthesis around the @)

Unfortunately, with this update comes a little bad news which will harme the most impatients : the film is retarded ! We won't be able to finish it for october at all, because of the everyday obligations which makes us unavailable for shooting. We at least hope to release it before the end of the year. About that, you can see that the progress bar at the bottom has changed, it shows now 13%, thanks to yesterday shooting. So be patient, the film will be released when it's finished and really finished. We don't want to give ourselves limitations so that we can provide you the best that we can make.

In the meantime, enjoy this update, you have many things to see ;)

08/31/2008 - A few changes

Some changes have been made on the website. You can now follow the progress of the film at the bottom of the pages. A mistake has been corrected in the synopsis (the movie takes place in 1995, not in 2008) and the cast has been replaced by "castt & crew", so it's slightly expanded. The biggest change is about the Download section, which now has categories. You simply have to click on the category you want to display its content below. This has been done to avoid the Download section to be too messy. Especially regarding the fact that we'll ad new categories soon, including a wallpapers category.

Please notice that we are lauching a partnership program. So if you have a website and want it to appear on our, contact us. You'll have to give us a 88x31 pixels button in order to appear oat the bottom of every page of the site. You'll have to make a link to us on your website too. Tell us if you need a banner or a button in a specified size so that we can give it to you.

08/15/2008 - New videos !

New videos in the download section ! The first one is the english version of Teaser 2 (I means english subtitles). All the team would like to thank Chaiya for the translation. The other one is the bloopers from the first fay of shooting. In the end, you will be given one bloopers video per day of shooting. So enjoy this first one, the second will come soon.

07/21/2008 - Small clarifications...

Aurélien, alias Fillow, the director, wishes to clarify one small thing :

To avoid any misunderstanding : Tomb Raider Sumeria is a NON-PROFESSIONAL movie, not some "hollywoody" professional thing. It was made with very few, and shot in about a week. So, do not expect a pro movie.

We let ourselves make this clarification to avoid any unpleasant surprises and bad comments from people who would have expected a big production, and who could be disappointed at the release.

We know perfectly well that many are aware of this, but it seems that this is not everybody's case according to some comments.

Another little thing : I added a new banner in the download section, feel free to go and discover it.

07/20/2008 - Website opening !

Welcome on the official website of Tomb Raider Sumeria, the first French Tomb Raider fan film.

After several days of hard work, we can finally open this website which presents you every details of the movie : synopsis, casting, characters, on set pictures, screenshots, trailers, posters and banners.

The film is scheduled to be released on September-October 2008. In the meantime, stay tuned for more information. More pictures, screenshots and other will be available during the next weeks, before the release, and even after.

We wish you a pleasant time on our website and we hope you'll be many to discover Tomb Raider Sumeria when it's released.
